I am using us-west-2.
I can request Claude 3 Opus and Claude 3 Haiku but the Sonnet keep show this error

Hello.

I think the question in the URL below is in the same situation as you.  
It's possible that Claude is not allowed in your country.  
I recommend that you open a case with AWS Support under "Account and billing".  
Inquiries under "Account and billing" can be made free of charge.
