Unable to access EC2 instance?
0
In the EC2 instance details, i am finding this error "User is not authorized to perform: compute-optimizer:GetEnrollmentStatus on resource: * with an explicit deny in a service control policy" under Amazon Compute Optimizer section. Because of this while I am connecting to EC2, it is showing error as "verify that your iam policy is correctly configured to use ec2 instance connect."

I don't know your situation, but if you're in an Enterprise environment you may find that the team in charge of AWS governance has applied Service Control Policies (SCPs) in your Organization that prohibit what you're trying to do.
