Certificate Request is Timing Out

I requested certificates to be used for my domain which I got through Route 53, but the request keeps timing out, any idea what could be causing this? In the request I see requested owners like this - 4cdfc30d-cddd-405b-ba14-32ff6a535343@identity-protect.org, admin@, administrator@, hostmaster@, postmaster@, webmaster@ Where did all these come from please?

Hi there!

Your environment is using email validation, which explains the request timeouts. Inside this documentation you will find the requests for the email addresses you mentioned.

Instead, please attempt to switch to DNS validation. Documentation can be found here.

    According to the documentation, the status will remain pending for up to 30 minutes. Let me know if you're still experiencing issues.
