I am trying to follow this tutorial to set up a cloud9 development environment but the option to create an environment is greyed out as shown in the attached image. I have tried all the regions too but it does not change anything. Enter image description here

On June 27, 2022, AWS made changes to AWS RoboMaker development environment. You can no longer create new development environments in AWS RoboMaker. Development environment capabilities has been migrated to AWS Cloud9. More information here: https://docs.aws.amazon.com/robomaker/latest/dg/chapter-support-policy.html.
