Public SSL/TLS certificates provisioned through AWS Certificate Manager are free. You pay only for the AWS resources you create to run your application. Public SSL/TLS certificates and CA created through ACM can not be exported and can be used with integrated services. https://docs.aws.amazon.com/acm/latest/userguide/acm-services.html

Certificates generated from certificate providers can be configured to use with AWS EC2 based web servers and applications.

I plan to use for private domain example such "test-abc.domain" on ACM not support validate domain by DNS

I create private domain on Router 53 already.
