Unknown charge for AWS Skill builder

i was charged for the AWS Skill builder subscription for Aug, which should be cancelled at end of July. May i know why this happened and may i confirm this will not happen again on Sept

I followed the instructions below, and there is nosubscription for my account. " Step by step directions for going to Subscriptions page
