Elastic Beanstalk: Unable to deploy new versions

Platform: Ruby 2.7 running on 64bit Amazon Linux 2/3.6.13

Whenever I try to deploy a new version, it just gets rolled back. Even after passing health checks. I have this version running on another environment and it works fine.
