For any AWS Partner Funding Program updates, please view this skillbuilder course. As APN, you will receive credits AWS Promotional Credits for Certifications will be rewarded on a monthly basis. The APN Partner Alliance Leads will be emailed the appropriate amount in AWS Promotional Credits based on their scorecard updates. AWS Promotional Credits are AWS Platform credits that offset usage. They can only be applied to AWS Future Usage and must adhere to AWS Credits Terms & Conditions
I believe credits and cert vouchers/discounts are separate. You may be able to get a discount if you are a partner or if you have taken an exam before.
According to https://aws.amazon.com/awscredits/, Promotional Credit will not be applied to any fees or charges for Amazon Mechanical Turk, AWS Managed Services, Ineligible AWS Support, AWS Marketplace, AWS Professional Services, AWS Training, AWS Certification, Amazon Route 53 domain name registration or transfer, any Services for mining for cryptocurrency, any other Services as may be designated by your AWS contracting entity, or any upfront fee for any Services such as Savings Plans and Reserved Instances (collectively, “Ineligible Services”).

Yes, We are a APN customer and also taken exam before. We have Professional & Specialty credit code, Can it be used against certification cost? Can you help us to understand is Professional & Specialty credit code comes under credits or cert vouchers?
