EC2 instance couldn't connected by remote.

Hi, I have an Windows server instance. I connect it by remote. Many times, I have a problem on remote connection. I couldn't connect. I tried to restart my instance. I saw I could connect it. But, only a few hours later, I had same problem. What should I do?

Hello.

Is the CPU and memory load high when you can no longer connect to EC2?
You can check CPU usage from CloudWatch metrics.
RDP may fail when EC2 is under heavy load.
