Disruption in Quorum pods network

Hi,

We are having 6 quorum pods network in our blockchain kubernetes environment. But suddenly all of these quorum pods failed to synchronize because we are seeing 3 additional quorum pods in the logs which disrupts the quorum synchronization and the status of one of those 3 additional quorum pods is deleted and two of those 3 additional quorum pods is disconnected. Moreover status of all our existing 6 quorum pods is deleted. Is there any way through which we can find the origin of these three additional quorum pods ?
