Lightsail Windows Server Default Password

Hey there,

I just created a Windows Server Instance on Lightsail. When I try to log into my instance it asks me for my password. Where do I find this default password? According to on website I can find it when I go to my instance > connect > get default password. But when I go to connect it just starts connecting from my browser and asks me for my password? I didnt changed anything. So where can I find my default password for my server instance?

Any help is appreciated. Thank you in advance!

the default password is under this path Lightsail console > Your Instance > Connect > Show default password. https://docs.aws.amazon.com/lightsail/latest/userguide/amazon-lightsail-connecting-to-windows-instance-using-rdc.html

but if have changed your password it does not store your password

    Thank you for the fast reply! Exactly this is my problem if I try to do this it directly opens the web based access and it just says enter password. Its not saying Show default password. I also didnt changed anything so also not the password.
