Cross region AWS Identity Center use for First Party apps

I have a BI setup - Quicksight, Athena and S3 in one region, and AWS Identity Center, AWS Organisation and user sign in info in another region. Can I use the AWS Identity Center to provide SSO to Quicksight across region?
