We were hacked - how to recover my account?

Sorry for my English.

My company has an aws account and some intruder changed the root user access email. We are no longer able to log into the administrative panel of our account. I can't get in touch with aws. I didn't find a phone. Can anybody help me. We are concerned about the situation.
