Connection timed out after 20 seconds of inactivity while using PPK in filezila

Hello,
I am new in this portal, My issue is, I am able to connect the SSH using my pem but I am not able to connect Filezila using ppk file.  It was working 3 days before, even though I upload all the folders using FTP on that day itself but for the last 2 days it's not working.

I am getting Connection timed out after 20 seconds of inactivity. I have created two accounts with different emails and in both the accounts I am getting the same issue.

Any idea what is the issue?

The auth method (PPK, password, Kerberos) doesn't come in to play until after a connection is made -- the server has no idea what you are going to use until then, and except for more exotic Kerberos configurations the client doesn't do anything different either.  I suggest rechecking your security groups / NACLs to see if you are blocking connectivity at that layer; perhaps your client ip has changed.
