Amazon SES email feedback forwarding suddenly stopped working, for bounces

I've been sending emails with Amazon SES and Listmonk, and haven't changed anything. They were working yesterday and stopped working today.

I just sent a test to complaint@simulator.amazonses.com and bounce@simulator.amazonses.com and only received a response from complaints@us-west-1.email-abuse.amazonses.com.

Under Amazon SES -> Configuration: Verified identities my domain and "send from" email are both verified with Email feedback forwarding enabled for both.

It fixed itself before, and now it happened again. So it seems this is just something that happens once in a while...
