Receiving GetStaticIPs[us-east-2] Error from Lightsail Console

Question

While attempting to access my lightsail instances on https://lightsail.aws.amazon.com, I am receiving the following error:

**GetStaticIps[us-east-2]**

Sorry, the server is currently overloaded and can't handle your request. Please try your request again later.

*Unavailable*

**GetInstances[us-east-2]**
An internal error has occurred. Please retry your request. If the problem persists, contact us by posting a message on the Lightsail forums.

*InternalError*

Once I acknowledge the error, it show zero instances, tags, and Static IPs. I am logged into the correct account with the proper credentials.

Please check the Service Health console for the latest information as there appears to be an active issue affecting EC2 in that region
