ping的延迟问题

我想要提升加载速度，从国内ping西雅图的机器延迟102ms，ping东京的机器200ms，这是正常的吗？

ping的延迟和加载速度是两回事，所以可以用zenlayer弄完了再看遇到网页打不开的情况也可能是网络质量不好，丢包。走zenlayer的线路，有稳定的带宽和网络质量，才能提升加载速度。
