port 25 problem


Previously, I applied for the 25 restricted form and was using it, but the outgoing port 25 is currently blocked. Please suggest a solution.

Please confirm that you requested the port 25 exception for Lightsail specifically as receiving the exception in EC2 does not carry over: https://aws.amazon.com/premiumsupport/knowledge-center/lightsail-port-25-throttle/

Assuming you followed these steps to apply for an exception, if your request was denied you may look to relay messages through a service such as SES. If you feel your request was denied incorrectly, you may want to open a support case and speak directly to the support team.
