access issue on the log in console of aws educate

It's always good to share more information, like a screenshot, etc. Also, you did not share whether you had already registered or were trying for the first time. You can log in via the AWS builder ID credentials. I just tried it for the first time and I am logged in. Another way is to register for the AWS Educate only and then log in.
