How do I update my skill builder's profile's email?

Hi, I have managed to link my skill builder's login to my builder login. However, my email address in the skill builder's profile is different with the one for my builder login. I tried to change the profile email but the input field is not editable. Please advise on how I can update it or direct me to who I should approach about the matter. I have filled up the support form a few times but received no reply for a month now. Thank you in advance for any feedback.

If you have to transfer achievement you can write to support explaining your request. And for the future... Never have non partner websites associated to company emails.

    Thanx for the feedback. However, I have written to support numerous times but still now there’s no reply. I am beginning to wonder whether there is anyone looking after the support. This is very much a bad experience to me and am disappointed at AWS.
