Please tell me the update timing of "Final state update" of CloudWatch

EC2 "Status Check Failed" is monitored by CloudWatch.
The "duration" of the alert is set to "1 minute", and I intended to monitor it at 1-minute intervals.
However, even after EC2 was brought down, "Update of final state" was not updated for a while, and
After 10 minutes, the "Final State Update" was updated and an alert was sent.
Where should I set the update interval for CloudWatch monitored metrics?
