Getting Kicked Out of Console when Attempting to Select Another Region

One reason I can think of is that your AWS administrator may have implemented a Service Control Policy limiting the regions you have access to like in this example https://docs.aws.amazon.com/organizations/latest/userguide/orgs_manage_policies_scps_examples_general.html#example-scp-deny-region

I hope it's not that since I'm the account owner, administrator, and sole user :). But I did check and that doesn't appear to be the issue. Still happening today.. very strange.

I am facing the same problem. It just kicks me out to the sign in page when I try to switch to the Milan region!!!!
