WorkMail web application gets stuck on loading authentication

When I click on WorkMail web application's link https://<companyname>.awsapps.com/mail, it gets stuck on loading page AWS Apps Authentication awsapps.com/auth/... Tried in 2 browsers. Anyone else having that problem? Any known solution?
