Hello, I want to know whether or not its possible to change the fact that when someone tries calling my pinpoint long code number (the number that just texted them),

When calling this number, always it says the number is invalid and does not exist.

Is it or is it not possible to make the number get forwarded to another phone number? for example, a landline that is not managed by amazon. I want the number to forward there when its called.
