I have re-created the hosted area, photo attached. DNSSEC was not enabled, what should I do?
If you recreated the zone then the name servers will need updating with the new glue records. They still show the old ones. Did you do this?
yes, I did. I don't know what else to do
I justed checked and your Glue DNS Servers havent been changed since 2024-01-18T21:12:55Z Doesnt see to have been updated
Gary help me !!!
Did you update the glue records after recreating?
Yes, I did.
Have you updated your Glue records to match the 4 x DNS Servers which exist in your Public Hosted Zone? If these are not setup/match you will be unable to resolve your domain.

help me gary !!!
of course, but it still does not work.
screenshots of your setup and issues will be of assistance
hi gary, i have followed your instructions but have not been successful, please i need to fix this, i need to deliver the website to the client as soon as possible.

this is my hosted zone, I have configure the NS of the domain on my hosted zone. I have a load balancer that ssl certificate of ACM, my records are directed to the load balancer for the ssl certificate, i just need my domain to show up instead of the load balancer dns because my application runs on the load balancer dns, i just need to change that to the domain. this is my hosted zone, I have configure the NS of the domain on my hosted zone.
The zone looks good at the registrar. Do you have DNS Sec Enabled on the hosted zone in route 53? Expand Hosted Zone Details. I have afeeling that you may habe DNS Sec enabled.
If it is, you may need to create a new public zone and update the Glue records on the domain for the new name servers
Ive had another look. I think theres something wrong with that zone.. I would recreate it and try again. 50% sure its DNS SEC issue
hello gary i have followed the instructions but i still can't get the domain, what should i do, i have already sent you images, what is the next step?

At this point I’d be tempted to recreate the zone and try again. Something doesn’t feel right.
Gary I created a new hosted zone, what I should do?
