    I have selected EC2 instance savings plan with SUSE Linux enterprise server as OS. Can we still use AWS market place to download and use the SLES software?

    EC2 Instance Savings Plans provide savings up to 72 percent off On-Demand, in exchange for a commitment to a specific instance family in a chosen AWS Region, so yes you can still use AWS marketplace to download and use the SLES software.
