connection issue

The connection to the server localhost:8080 was refused - did you specify the right host or port? I did receive this response anytime I make API calls, what can I do?

incase anyone come across this question: here is my findings, the answer to this kind of question is basically configuration, I recheck my configuration and found out that neither default subnet nor custom subnet did present in my configuration, therefore it results to connection issue. I reconfigured and everything went well.
