Sender ID for the UAE

We are trying to register for sender ID, as our company is based in the UAE we understand that the UAE have the following restrictions... (transactional messaging only), can you please clarify if an OTP is classed as a transactional message?

Yes, OTP messages can be classified as Transactional Messages.
