Backfill Data Feed Marketplace Reports

Is there a way to request data feed reports? Docs says: Information in data feeds is backfilled from 2010/01/01 to 2020/04/30 (inclusive) and is available in the CSV file in the year=2010/month=01 subfolder. but it's not available.

It could be due to absence of transactions and hence no data during that time period. Did you have customers transact with you on AWS Marketplace before April 2020?
