My account is deactivated and email sent to me says "We were unsuccessful in charging your credit card for Amazon Web Services (AWS) usage that you recently accrued. "

I received email from noreplay@amazon.com! I found that my account was also deactivated . I went ahead checked my billing preferences had one issue that my default payment method was wrong. I added new payment method last month and forgot to set that as default and remove the one which i knew that it will not work. Yet I was satisfied that I had a valid payment method on file as backup. Never mind, that amazon tried may had tried only default one in the middle of the month and deactivated my services because default payment method was failed. I went ahead tried to pay manually but I was shocked to see that there is no pending paymentPending Payment Screen Shot It really embarrassing and frustrating that my services are deactivated and there is no pending invoice. I am in a vulnerable situation as I cant even access my data because instances were stopped because of account deactivated. Additionally, my support cases and emails are still Un responded as i know it can take 24 to 48 hours because its Saturday.

And the issue is not even communicated that why its all happening. I had been asked to wait since more than 2 days now and I am really frustrated because I cant even download my data from an instance which is lying stopped and I cant start because account is not active.
