Hello.

If the problem improves temporarily by repeatedly stopping and starting, there may be a problem with the CPU or memory.
What is the CPU and memory usage when the problem occurs?
The Lightsail plan you are using will burst when CPU usage exceeds 10% to temporarily improve performance, but once the burst capacity is used up, performance will drop to baseline throughput.
Therefore, if there is a certain amount of load, it is possible that the burst capacity is used up and the performance drops to the baseline throughput, causing this problem.
