Cannot Delete Network Interface

0

I have a default VPC and two network interfaces that were created early for testing and POC work. I need to get rid of the clutter. However, when I attempt to delete the Network Interface, it says there is a VPC Endpoint attached. When I attempt to delete the VPC Endpoint, it says vpce-04721bd6113b72f26 - Operation is not allowed for requester-managed VPC endpoints for the service com.amazonaws.vpce.us-west-2.vpce-svc-{SERVICE ID}. There are no Endpoint Services attached to the account. There are no Elastic IPs, there are no Internet Gateways attached. I have deleted all Elastic File Systems associated with the Network Interface. This was created by either a Workdocs Directory or Sagemaker Notebook, both of which have been completely deleted. I have, in fact, deleted almost every AWS resource at this point trying to debug the problem. Most of the AWS CLI commands are failing also.
