Backing up AWS to move to another server

You need to provide more details, please update your question with more detail on what you want to do, particularly where you want to move to.

We know you are using AWS, but do not know what you mean by another server? If you just want to move to a different instance type in AWS you can simply stop the instance and change it's configuration and restart it as a new type (subject to the old operating system containing all the necessary drivers for the new one).
