ACM failed certificate request with " Validation timed out" status (3/4th time this happened)

I would like to know perhaps what I am missing from my request?

I just went with defaults, and added my domain name. (tried to put a screenshot but failed)

Have you created the CNAME dns records if you are using DNS for validation?
