Unable to connect remote access

Hello, I know aws, I am a user and I have services from my company hosted. One of the most basic applications is to start an ec2 windows and do remote access, I've done several.. The problem that now the development asked to create an ec2 windows to install a powerbi application. gives credential error. Remembering that I downloaded the .pem file and generated a password. all firewall rules, username and password are correct. I do not know what else to do. thanks

Did you use an AMI from the Marketplace? If so, check the installation guide to see if they set up credentials in a different way.

    thanks for the answer, but I created a new key pair, followed all the procedures, even so the error continues.. very strange..
