My student credit expired before it is due. How can I reactivate it?
0
Hello,
I have received student credit from AWS Educate and I have applied the promo code successfully. Now I log in to my account and I find that my credit has expired without even three months passing and it should last a year!
Can this credit be reactivated or can I receive a new one?
I contacted support on Thursday and I haven't received any reply yet.

Hi Raafat,
Credits are good for a year from when they are issued, not from when they are applied to an account. If there has been an error, this article explains how to get help from AWS Educate support: https://aws.amazon.com/premiumsupport/knowledge-center/get-support-educate/
