Cucumber-JS 10.0.0 support

Hello, as per the CodeBuild documentation, the latest supported version for Cucumber is still 7.3.2. You can confirm this by checking the following documentation : https://docs.aws.amazon.com/codebuild/latest/userguide/test-reporting.html

If in your cases v10.0.0 worked then I recommend you to thoroughly test it out in your development environment to ensure you do not run into any unexpected behaviour behaviour using the same in production environment. When CodeBuild does support v10.0.0 officially, it would be updated here : https://docs.aws.amazon.com/codebuild/latest/userguide/history.html
