Problem with Amazon WorkMail

Recently some mails have been rejected with the following error: Enter image description here

I use Amazon Workmail, and haven't set any rule or changed any setting. How can I solve this? Thanks

Hi,

It seems your recipient is invalid, you can try clearing your suggested contacts. You can do this in various ways, in WebMail delete them when they pop-up. When using Windows Outlook you can follow these steps on this page.
