Internal Service Error updating Directory Service password

I have a lambda function to update Directory Service password every month. Now the lambda start failing, so I try to update via web console, but got this error error anyone got this before?

    Thanks for supplying the RequestId. If you can also tell me what region and when it failed, I can look up the failure reason in our logs.
