Here is the important doc: https://docs.aws.amazon.com/marketplace/latest/userguide/user-guide-for-sellers.html

This is the important bullet: Non-US sellers are required to provide a (i) W-8 form, value-added tax (VAT) or goods and services tax (GST) registration number, and (ii) US bank information. If you don't have a US bank account, you can register for a virtual US bank account from Hyperwallet.

To summarize, as a Canadian company you can sell products on AWS Marketplace if you either have an entity in the US, or have a US bank account, or Hyperwallet account and provide the W-8 form.
