How I increase the file size limit greater than 50 MB for crawl or sync in AWS Kendra?

I'm unable to upload/sync/crawl file greater than 50 MB from AWS S3 for crawling into AWS Kendra using connector. please see screenshot for reference. increase file size issue greater than 50MB

Hi,

As per https://docs.aws.amazon.com/kendra/latest/dg/quotas.html, this limit of 50MB is adjustable.

You simply have to open a ticket by Support via AWS console and ask for it.
