Blue-green setup for MySQL Aurora did not create an empty schema on the Green instance.

I am migrating MySQL 5.7 Aurora to MySQL 8 Aurora using Blue-Green. I had an empty schema called 'tmp' and it was not created for the green instance. I found this to be quite unexpected behavior. Is this a bug or expected or???

The green cluster should be an exact copy of the source cluster. There should not be missing database objects.

    Thats what I would expect. But here I am. THere was a schema missing. The schema was empty on the blue side and non-existent on the green side. So is this a bug in the Blue-Green process? If so do I need to take action other than reporting it here?
