fail to deploy app

Hello everyone, I have this problem when I try to deploy my simple app, I user elastic beanstalk, but every time I hit submit it takes a while then I get timeout error. does this has to do with the crowdstrike problem? this is my first time using aws. Thank you.

Hello.

The CrowdStrike issue was a problem with Windows OS, so I don't think it's a problem if you're using Linux OS with ElasticBeanstalk.
I think the problem is in your ElasticBeanstalk configuration.
Is it possible for you to share the configuration details?

    Hello again, Thank you for your help. Here are my environment configuration, web server managed platform - Java single instance uploaded my .jar file (a simple hello world spring application) used an existing service role added SERVER_PORT 5000 to environment variables hit submit and after about 10 minutes timeout error.
