AWS MSK IAM Authentication with MSK Connect

From the MSK connect documentation we could see only the ROLE based access to the VPC. But How to assign the MSK permission to an IAM user(aws credentials file) and add it to the MSK connect for Authentication.

Hi there, thank you for providing your valuable feedback on the service. In MSK connect workers which runs tasks are managed by AWS and not accessible to the users so it is not possible to create credentials file/profile and pass in the configuration. MSK Connect currently only supports role based access. I will raise a feature request with the service team on your behalf. While I am unable to comment on if/when this feature may get released, I request you to keep an eye on our What's New (1) and Blog pages (2) for any new feature announcements.
