AWS Lambda to invoke a Salesforce flow using Amazon Connect Flow and Nice CxOne for Service Cloud Voice (SCV)

Question

I like to use AWS Lambda (similar to sf_operation (destination key) with value like lookup, query etc.) to call a Salesforce Flow which will create a case in Salesforce with passed parameter (Amazon Connect - SCV). Please let me know how I can  achieve that. Also, like to know how the same could be done with Nice CxOne with corresponding API within SCV. Thank you in advance.
