AWS Grafana: How to see the server logs

0

Hi,

I have a workspace and I can access the Grafana Dashboard (Settings). I have this error when I test my data source.

db query error: failed to connect to server - please inspect Grafana server log for details

I cannot find logs panel in the Grafana Dashboard or tab for logs in the AWS Workspace, so where is the server logs? I cannot find any information about server logs in the documentation https://docs.aws.amazon.com/grafana/latest/userguide/using-grafana-v9.html

Thank you for any help

The only way to access Amazon Managed Grafana is using Cloudtrail

https://docs.aws.amazon.com/grafana/latest/userguide/logging-using-cloudtrail.html

but if you want to view Grafana service logs you cannot access them maybe you can check with the AWS support
