Hello,

To troubleshoot, try:

• Checking the MediaConvert logs for errors or warnings
• Verifying the output video's format and settings
• Testing with a different input video or settings

Try to check edit box for your input file. With high probability it will have additional "EditListEntry Duration" that trigger black frame insertion.
