As of Dec 5,2023, aurora PGDB not support the extension hypopg.

right now, Extensions supported for Aurora PostgreSQL 15(https://docs.aws.amazon.com/AmazonRDS/latest/AuroraPostgreSQLReleaseNotes/AuroraPostgreSQL.Extensions.html#AuroraPostgreSQL.Extensions.15)

And now in January 2024, the same page https://docs.aws.amazon.com/AmazonRDS/latest/AuroraPostgreSQLReleaseNotes/AuroraPostgreSQL.Extensions.html#AuroraPostgreSQL.Extensions.15 shows that hypopg is available in Aurora for PostgreSQL 15.5.
