Seeing same issue on us-east-1 and logged a case for it.
Also occurring when max-items=1 and page-size=1 so you may not even need 300+ templates, maybe you just need to do many requests

**Steps to reproduce:**
1. Add 300 email templates in us-east-1 region
2. Try to [listEmailTemplates](https://docs.aws.amazon.com/AWSJavaScriptSDK/latest/AWS/SESV2.html#listEmailTemplates-property) with AWSJavaScriptSDK in a loop with 10 value page size.

**Expected result:**
All emails are listed
**Current result:**
Error while pagination:

Invalid PageToken <AAAAAAA....
```

Everything works fine in `us-west-2` region
