Elastic Beanstalk deployment error

0

During deployment to Elastic Beanstalk, the process halts for a few minutes while Elastic Beanstalk tries to do something with an elastic IP address. This process eventually fails, but the rest of the deployment completes OK. However, it's significantly inflated deployment times. I can't find reference in my architecture to the EIP referenced - how can I fix this deployment quirk?
